"Best price and easiest experience "

Everything was straightforward and I was offered a much higher price than from anywhere else for my car. No negotiations when I dropped the car off either, the price Ian said they could offer is the price they paid. It was a Saturday when I dropped the car off, Ian explained that this meant the money couldn’t be paid until the Monday. Sure enough Monday morning the money was in my bank.
I explained to Ian that I preferred everything communicating via email rather than over the phone due to memory issues so I could refer back to conversations in the future. He was very accommodating with this and was very efficient and helpful handling any queries.
