Everything went so smoothly. Ian high was very professional on the phone, helped me to get to a price we both agreed on and was fair for the vehicle in its condition. He made sure I knew exactly what I needed on the day of collection and that I was completely happy with the process. Pick up was arranged on a day that suited me and despite being the other end of the country, the collection service was fantastic. I spoke to Ian on the Thursday afternoon and my car was collected Tuesday lunchtime. No haggling and no stress when the vehicle was picked up from the property. Money was in my account within 15 minutes and Rory who collected the vehicle was really lovely and professional. A great experience from start to finish! I would 100% recommend selling your car this way if you’re looking for a fair, hassle free process. I had looked at other car buying places but none of them offered anywhere near as good customer service or money for the vehicle. There were no hidden fees, just a collection fee due to living far away from any depot but even that wasn’t expensive! Easy, simple and I couldn’t be happier.
