I chose best car buyer as it appeared the easiest of car buying websites to use.
I was very suprised how seemless, easy and stress fee this selling experience was. I took my Car to the agreed site and the Assistant briefly checked my car and within 10 minutes the agreed sum of money was in my bank account. There was no quibbling it was sorted. The assistant even printed off a receipt from the DVLA recording the sale and transfer of keeper. I was on my way home in what seemed like 20 minutes maximum. Very friendly staff and I could not recommend Best Car Buyer enough.

the all experience was new to me, never sold a car this way before. I sent some pics of the vehicle on whtsapp of inside and outside as requested. include defects! The person who collects the vehicle is actually a buyer expert. who looks at ur car in detail. To sale at this point can be 50/50 I felt this way. I was asked for my personal documents as driving licence and passport. Not rude, but as if I had it. The car checks makes u fell a bit uncomfortable, I guess that's the procedure. At the end all went well, as agreed. Felt sad to see the car go. :\

Charlie was very helpful from the off, haggled a little on price and ultimately accepted what I thought was fair, this was more the other online retailers and 15% more than my trade in offer.

Collection was without issue as I had shared close up pics of the car for valuation purposes so what I was offered from Sales initially was what I got from the collection team two days later.
