"Ian High - waste of time "

Ian High, one of the worst possible services I have ever seen (and I work in the service industry myself) - called several times and could not get through, eventually spoke to him and he wanted to take £500 off the previously agreed price just because a service (from when the car was under warranty still) was missing. Ridiculous
