Super impressed by Bestcarbuyer! I firstly filled out information online to retrieve a valuation which was very straightforward. I then rapidly received a call from James who was very friendly and helpful. My car was arranged for collection two days later at my request. The gentleman who arrived to inspect my car gave me a call an hour before he arrived and was also very friendly. He had a quick look round the car and turned it on then that was pretty much it. The valuation they offered me online was in my bank pretty much 5 minutes after confirmation and the inspector waited with me until it was received. I then received an email from the DVLA straight away to confirm transfer of ownership. Overall very quick and easy. Thank you for your great service.

Best Car Buyer offered me the best price for my car compared to all the other online sites. A very helpful girl Lauren (think her surname Fleetwood) phoned me explaining in full detail the whole procedure then emailed me same. Everything was straightforward, easy a d quick. My car was collected by another helpful cheery young man who waited until my money was in my bank before taking all the documents keys etc. I can't fault this company at all and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their car.

From the first contact with Ian, it was clear I was dealing with a professional company. Ian was polite and informative making the whole sales process very easy. Vehicle collection and payment was handled quickly. Best Car Buyer not only offered the best price of all the usual suspects (WBAC, CarWow, Motorway), they were the friendliest to deal with handling finance settlement and no quibbles on the price.

Excellent service. I needed to sell my car and end my PCP due to getting a company car.
Charlie the sales person I dealt with was very good. I got the highest offer from BestCarBuyer by far compared to the rest. Very pleased. They paid off my PCP and the remaining was paid into my bank within 10mins of handing over keys. They valued my car based on my description and some photos and garantee ld the price would not change.

"Scammers at worst time wasters at best."

Made me an offer of 53k for my car, accepted that offer then they reviewed it and changed it to 50k. Accepted the offer and they said great let's move this along, I then sent finance documents, V5 details, build sheets and everything else they asked for. Then despite everything being in perfect order they just emailed me saying na we don't want your car anymore. Wasted a lot of my time and I've lost out on another offer of the same price. Do not trust them. It's run by carsupermarket so I wouldn't trust them either. Very very disappointed.

From start to finish the service that was provided was excellent. Ian whom I dealt with was highly efficient and talked me through what was required from me. I made contact, sent the pictures and provided an honest as I could description of the car, a price was quoted which was fair and reasonable. I dropped the car of at a location close to me and the funds were transferred as promised with no haggling on the pre quoted price. I would highly recommend Ian and bestcarbuyer for a smooth and efficient car sale. Thankyou
