My car was collected and money was in my account within 20 mins or so - the driver waited until payment had cleared before taking it away. We provided an honest description of my wife's vehicle and a few service documents etc were emailed over and the offer that we received was reasonable and very competitive. The sale took just 3 days from start to completion. Seamless. Driver turned up on time also very personable and he simply went through some paperwork, checked over the vehicle and price paid was as originally offered. A couple of other companies initial valuations were higher but when it came to an actual offer they fell by as much as 15% - way below the HPI valuation.
BCB are fair, straightforward and true to their word. As long as you're honest about the condition of the vehicle (with detailed photos) they will pay exactly what they offer.

Great company who are true to their word. After getting several below acceptable offers from other companies, Best Car Buyer gave more an offer that met my valuation.
