First time using a company like this to sell my car. Got a quote myself which wasn’t to great but then Charlie contacted me and gave me a much better offer for the car. Once agreed the process to collect the car was fast and convenient. Charlie was able to ask all my questions and help put my mind at ease. All details for the car hand over were done there and then and payment was made at collection of car.

Entered my car’s details on line on Sunday. 3 year old A6. Price was OK but wanted a bit more. Very similar to my PCP redemption figure but my car was under mileage and really was spotless. Got a text the next morning to call a guy called James. I did. I told him I wanted a bit more based on condition and history etc and gave him my figure. He was very professional and came back to me within an hour. A quick chat later and we’d agreed a price. Dropped it off at Preston this afternoon. A younger (forgive me I didn’t catch his name) gentleman had a look and a quick drive. No quibble. Did 5 mins of paperwork. He was personable throughout, so if his manager reads this please acknowledge this with him.
I had some equity which was immediately sent up me along with confirmation the pcp was paid off. I’m honestly very impressed.
