"Extremely poor customer support!"

Very poor customer support! Units are fragile and the filter guards break easily. Bossa Warranty policy proves worthless. Will not replace unless you re-purchase at original price. Broke both ear pieces within three weeks!

"Still no resolution"

Well I received a reply from Bossa on 12/25. Allowing for the Christmas and New Year holidays -still no contact. This is what the reply stated: Hi Gene, We're sorry about that. This is not the experience we want you to have. I requested for additional details about this order so we can take necessary action.

So no action and no resolution. They got my money and are giving me the invisible finger.


So it took almost a month to locate my order number. Order #171216. These hearing aid SUCK and do NOT help in the least

"The hearing aids were of poor quality"

The hearing aids were of poor quality. Returned on 10/27/23, acknowledged receiving on 10/30/23 and it is now February 2024, they keep saying they will return the money, I have yet to see the return posted to my account. A fraudulent transaction. They have their product and the money. Buyers beware!!

Terrible Customer Service & Run Around. Unfortunately, I needed to return the set of hearing aids because they did not seem to do anything. When I called initially, the rep tried to up sell me to a “better” quality hearing aid. After almost 39 minutes of expressing to the agent that I just want a refund and the agent trying to upsell, he finally provided the return instructions. I immediately returned them at my cost and sent all the I do they requested. I did not hear anything. Finally, I reached out again and it was confirmed that their warehouse received on 12/20/23. It is 2/5/24 now and still no refund. I have sent emails, chatted through the website and called but just keep getting the run around. First it was it will take 10-15 business days then it was let uslook into it and now just nothing. Beware of doing business with a company like this with a guarantee that is not honored.It has been very frustrating and disappointing experience.Still waiting for them to make it right!!

"I’ve been waiting for over 4 months for…"

I’ve been waiting for over 4 months for my refund. I even spoke with a supervisor hoping that will help. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not received my refund. BEWARE!!! They take your money, but don’t refund it!!!!!

"Awesome Bossa. So glad I ordered these."

Bought these for my husband and they have made both our lives more enjoyable. Every day he mentions something else he can hear that he couldn't before and I don't have to listen to the TV blaring, ha ha. It sure is nice not to have to raise my voice and he is speaking in a much more pleasant tone. He has had problems with other expensive brands of hearing aids and we hated to spend that much money again. So happy I saw your ad and decided to give them a try. So far it's been amazing.

"Do Not Order from Them unless you want to KEEP the HA!"

I only gave them one star because you
have to give at least one star .If I could I would give them a ZERO! I agree with several people here and several people on the Better Business Bureau section. This company does not honor their refund policy and continues to say oh we are so sorry or it’s on its way or you’ll get it in a week and now it’s been 2 months. I had to put in a dispute in with my bank to get a "refund" and at that I only received HALF of what I paid! Feb 1,2024 (Refunded)
And DON'T Respond to My review Bossa because you DO NOT HONOR your refund policy!

Only leaving one star because I have to. This is a scam. They took my money and pretend to process your order. They never send the product. They wouldn’t refund my money just kept giving me excuses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
