It took 4 weeks from the time order was placed, and of course your money!!!
3 weeks in sent an email to find out where they are.
Slow to respond.
Shows they are coming by UPS, but are delivered by Canada Post.
The hearing aids help a very little bit.
Any background noise and they are useless.
Save your money and get some real hearing aids

Although I did experience a problem with my BOSSA hearing aid purchase. However, BOSSA has now very satisfactorily taken care of me and the problem. I have now changed my rating to
5 STARS. If needed I would again purchase from BOSSA.

I only gave him one star because you have to give at least one star. I agree with several people here and several people on the Better Business Bureau section. This company does not honor their refund policy and continues to say oh we are so sorry or it’s on its way or you’ll get it in a week and now it’s been 2 1/2 months.

Got my Bossa hearing aids last summer and am very pleased with them, I can now visit with family and friends and take part in conversations with very little interference, they fit nicely and easy volume setting, yes I love my Bossa Hearing Aids !!

Update: this is mind blowing! They are asking for the same info I’ve provided many, many times. Request# 131816! They are all apologies & fake sincerely - raising my hopes. Maybe they’ll shock me & I will get a refund. Fingers crossed. I will def post an update.
This is my 2nd review for this worthless, deceitful company. I’ve been waiting since October for my $192.56 refund that Bossa acknowledged was due to me! I provided my Request # (131816) to them again after my 1st review & got the usual “lip service” of apologies & request to be patient. It’s shameful they are exploiting & stealing money from seniors who are on extremely fixed incomes!
We’re not allowed to include email addresses in posts, so I’m going to try it this way: contact me at barney033075 at yahoo if you’ve been successful getting a refund or want to band together to shut this scam outfit down!

Returned hearing aids after only trying them and 3 months later I am still waiting for a refund. Very poor service

I echo everyone else’s terrible experience when trying to return their hearing aids. I am in month 3 of waiting for my return with no answer from customer service other than that they’ve escalated it.
