Have been advertising with SpareRoom.co.uk for 10 years!!! Never ever had a problem up until this week.
Advertised my room as usual the same room I have advertised with them for 10 years!!
All of a sudden I get a very direct and cold email from Chloe saying we are expiring and taking down your advert with zero notice and bit even a courtesy phone call to discuss!!

The room has a council licence it’s a HMO!!! It is in A1 great condition!!
The rooms been let for over 20 years!!!!!
The room is a Ensuite room and they don’t like Ensuite rooms

JUST WOW!! TOOK MY £25 and won’t refund the £25!!!
