Hi, Natasha from Alloa has 3 bedrooms one with en-suite which I stayed in, initially fine but then she is too involved in everything, she once opened my bedroom door whilst I was reading and proceeded to turn the light off, also wanted to charge me extra for cooking my food because I used the air fryer and the oven at the same time, I was out the house 12hrs at least a day with work using no power, but still monitored everything once I was home and I am not a waster, had a go at a guy because he accidentally left a light on???? Be careful who you’re renting from also she is still holding my deposit saying I damaged things like the mattress, i had to turn it as it was marked I asked her to wash the topper for the mattress but never bothered, ok whilst I was there but because I moved out when she wanted to charge me extra to cook, she is an absolute nightmare and I use things like spare room all the time with work, BEWARE GUYS x

I tried my best to complete registration for spare room and due to my lack of internet savvy failed miserably and got frustrated.Till I contacted the support team who was absolutely amazing and navigated me on the phone to succeed with my registration. Greatly appreciated their response and support when needed
