Not a good experience. As a landlord it is somewhat opaque as to what you get from paying a subscription. I was quite surprised how little interest I got, despite good photos and a keen price. Potential lodgers were either suspect or unreliable. Unlikely to use this site again, best to use the old methods of notice boards, local paper and word of mouth.
