Much to my surprise, Zane answered the phone ! I had called on the off chance actually thinking “nobody will be working between xmas and new year”.
Zane could not have been more helpful.!
I have been with SpareRoom for many years and always received excellent service, advice or suggestions.
What really stands out is the fact that everyone at SpareRoom, like Zane, is so knowledgeable. Staff know the company’s website - all ins and outs - really well. That is rare these days, in my opinion.
