My over all experience looking for someone for my double bedroom was very good. Francesca was very helpful helping me on the phone.
Though unfortunately I did not find someone for this room this time round.
I was told right from the start of looking, it's would be much harder to find the right person, this time of the year.
My neighbour next door, said he would rent my double bedroom. Which works well for me, as I already know the man.
I will be back, when I need to rent out rooms again.
