I've had my satchel for about 18 months using it every day for work. On Tuesday the clip on the long strap broke, I contacted Zatchels who immediately offered to make a replacement free of charge. This arrived Saturday and my bag will be back in use next week. Absolutely outstanding Customer Service, communication with them felt like you were dealing with a friend. Brilliant company with great quality products and a fabulous lifetime guarantee. Would highly recommend their products.

I bought my girlfriend a beautiful bag with a custom name tag many years ago. She has loved the bag and used it very regularly since purchase.
This autumn, we married and she changed her name. Zatchels offered to replace the name tag for us, free of charge. I just got the bag back and my wife is in tears (of joy).

Fantastic service from Zatchels! So pleased to be able to support a UK business that produce beautiful hand made leather bags. I saw a bag in the York shop window, but unfortunately it had just shut and I was heading home the next day. It was also limited edition and not on their website. I sent a message on the Saturday via Messenger and by the Wednesday I had received the bag. I was also thrilled to hear it was only 1 of 8 made! Communication was perfect. Please thank Amy for making my beautiful bespoke sugarcube bag which arrived today. It is breathtakingly gorgeous and its inaugural outings will be to the Royal Albert Hall and then Westminster Abbey in a couple of week’s time. Enough space for all my essentials but small enough to be held cutely in one hand. The finish looks very expensive, despite it being a very fair price. I couldn’t be more pleased with it and will return for other styles and colours without hesitation.

My second bag and second review in a month. Absolutely delighted with my ivy green city backpack. Love the smell and feel of the real leather and the leather used is actually from Clyde Tannery which is close to wear I live in Glasgow so my wee bags started off born and bred in Scotland. The colour is absolutely amazing, so deep and rich, exactly how it shows up online and it matches a lovely pair of boots I've just purchased too so I'm very happy. Again, amazing delivery time for such beautiful hand made products. Another shout out to Brian for his support and help in customising my bag and also to the lovely Angie for the care and attention she has given to another of my bags, thanks Angie, I am in actual love, it's stunning and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Great value for money too, worth every penny. Working on my next bag, looking for another customised creation which Zatchels really do go above and beyond with.
