The website was relatively straight forward, posting out of my glasses was easy to do with the pack supplied. Lensology was very good in keeping me up to date with the progress. I opted for express delivery as I needed my glasses returning as soon as possible. I did pay extra for this service but it was worth it. Turnaround was quick. Glasses received by them Friday and returned to me by Wednesday. Not only did I save money but also time, as if I had already used a high street branch it was going to take two weeks. Very pleased with Lensology
