"Quick service and perfect for house bound Mum"

My Mum is no longer able to leave home and having had an optician visit to renew her prescription, the frames available were not to Mum's liking and too expensive. She liked her current frames and they fit her well so after some research I found Lensology. Communication was speedy and from requesting the postage pack to wearing her original glasses with new lenses was just under two weeks.

After a ridiculous quote from an opticians who advertise widely on tv I went to another high street opticians who were just as disinterested and gave me the might damage your frame excuse for reglazing. Went online and found lensology. Every step of the way was 1st class and good value for money. I don't often leave reviews except when an extremely high standard is achieved. Five stars not enough.

Absolutely amazing team and really great prices. Options for lenses I didn’t even know existed - thank you so so much. Even tightened and cleaned my decade old glasses so they are brand new again.

Honestly pretty easy all round! Lenses have come back great and I’m wearing frames I haven’t worn in years! Quick (and persistent) communications and I got a discount. Can’t complain.
Only thing is if you’re changing lenses 1. If you have a designer brand obviously the lenses no longer have the logo
2. If you’re going a different lens in the frame (I went for a lighter tint) there is no way to visualise before you commit!
