I was getting some prescription lenses for my Meta Ray Ban glasses.

They contacted me to ensure that they had the correct measurements using various points of reference.

The lenses arrived within 5 days and they are incredible. Easy to fit.

I had a brain haemorrhage last year and as a result my eyesight went from -2 to -3 to now -4 in less than a year. I sent my only decent pair of glasses off meaning I’m left with ones I can’t see out of causing crippling headaches (a side effect of the haemorrhage).

They gave no facility to order what I wanted so I had to write it in biro on the enclosed form, which they then ignored, invoicing for the maximum possible amount, wasting more time amending the quote, which I had to chase them for in the first place. I’ve had to chase several times as they give zero updates.

We’re now on day 9 and they still have my glasses. They say it’s going to be another five or so days before I get them back. The customer service is appalling. No update at all and completely dismissive when you chase them.
