"Brilliant Service"

What an easy, cost effect method of reglazing your glasses. I couldn't find frames I liked in any opticians so ordered a new pair of frames I'd had in the past (from eBay) and sent them off with a copy of my current prescription. After a few tweaks to choose exactly what I wanted/needed I received my newly glazed glasses back shortly after.

Comms with the company by email or phone was really easy, they helped with all my queries and I saved so much money compared to what a high street opticians would charge. Especially loved them sending a prepaid box to send everything to them with no expectation of a sale. I'll Absolutely use them again in future.

"First Time Customer Experience"

For 20 years I've been with Vision Express and they have always been expensive especially for my lenses which are non standard. Last time out I purchased 2 pairs as my current pair were fairly old and seen better days. After spending 800 on frames and lenses the frames lasted all of 5 mins before starting to fall apart, as I wasn't particularly a fan of the style I got 2 pairs online and took them to Vision express to have my lenses fitted, - now in the past Vision Express have been adamant that I should avoid online lenses firms they can't guarantee the lenses are suitable or correct all that stuff! (Now I know complete nonsense)
Got to vision express and they wanted on top of my already expensive bog standard no extra lenses they wanted 70 excess for glasses and 100 for sunnies Rx for not buying the frames at vision express... I said sod it il go online!
Requested a lensology pack sent them in with the forms and a copy of my prescription, got the quote through a few days later with all the extras thinnest possible lenses, blue light, anti scratch,fog you name it. Customer service made sure to tell me this first quote was for best possible and I could reduce the price if I didn't need or want any of the extra bits.. I was happy for the lot paid and 10 days later they arrived the original lenses sent back too in pristine condition.. and all for less than I'd pay for standard lenses at express! I really can't fault them at all.. obviously as I have non standard lenses they take a little long but that's standard even in shop. Honestly if your in any doubt give them a go really good service will be back

I had an awesome experience with Lensology and would absolutely recommend them. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

My situation is a bit tricky—I have very high astigmatism, which makes it hard to find glasses I like. A lot of times, I’m told my prescription can’t be made for certain frames, so my options are pretty limited.

This happened again when I tried to get the Ray-Ban Metas. Target Optical told me it wasn’t possible, and LensCrafters initially said it would work, but when they actually tried to order, my prescription was out of range. I even went straight to Ray-Ban’s website, placed an order, and a few days later got an email saying it was canceled for the same reason. Super frustrating.

I ended up posting about it in the Ray-Ban Metas subreddit, and that’s when Adam from Lensology commented. He told me they could probably help and to DM him. We moved to email, and he confirmed they could make my lenses.

Lensology didn’t take my insurance directly, but they provided an itemized receipt that made it easy for me to get reimbursed. Even though I had to pay upfront, the process was smooth. Once they got my prescription, they started working on my order right away and kept me updated throughout.

To make things even more complicated, I had a business trip coming up and wasn’t sure if I’d be in Tennessee or Arizona when my glasses shipped. The day they were supposed to go out, I asked if they could change the shipping address, and they handled it right away—no hassle at all.

Their customer service was excellent, and the whole experience was way easier than I expected. If you have a complicated prescription or just want great service, I highly recommend Lensology. I’ll definitely be coming back!
