First and last time using this company, I was going to send another pair but went back to my local opticians and was qouted £0 more with faster service and better quality lenses and workmanship.
My glasses went back to them as big gaps in the fitment frame and took very long on the first instance, stay very far from this company please if you don't want to be disappointed.

Really really fantastic experience - judging by all of the positive reviews, I expected no less. My experience was straightforward and efficient; I requested a reglazing pack and it was sent to me in just a couple of days - I boxed my glasses up and sent it off to them and they were extremely communicative at every step of the way, which was very reassuring and helped ease any initial nervousness because these were really expensive frames. They came back with a quote a day later and gave me a transparent breakdown of the pricing - I ended up going for custom single vision lenses with a blue light coating and the quote was more than reasonable. After I paid, I got them back in a week, which is super impressive because I didn't even pay extra to get them expedited. The glasses arrived safely to my door and I really couldn't be happier - they even included a few chocolates with my glasses. Would 100% recommend. Thanks so much Lensology! :)
