The whole process from start to finish was great, the turnaround time is very quick from once they receive your glasses. Overall the quality of the lens is really good. They keep you informed at every step of the way so no need to keep tracking your order.
Complimentary chocolates were a nice touch to the order. The only thing I'd say that could be improved is when they send out a pre paid pack it did take a little while to arrive but I do think it was to do with the postal services rather than lensology themselves.
Overall a quick pleasant experience, and half the price than the mainstream opticians!
