My first time reglazing spectacles so not sure what to expect. This company provided an excellent and very cost effective service that was easy and quick. Choosing options on their website was straightforward. They even mailed packaging and a pre-paid label to send my spectacles to them.
They checked a couple of details on my request to ensure they provided exactly what I needed.
Upgraded spectacles arrived after about 2 weeks and are perfect.
Can recommend this company and the process of giving new life to frames. Very cost-effective.

It was very easy to send my old glasses to upgrade and I was informed of the process at all stages. The lenses and price I'd chosen was confirmed before any work was carried out.
My glasses were returned sparkly and the lenses are exactly what I ordered.

I was tentative about using the service for the first time and kept putting it off. I kept getting emails encouraging me to continue and I'm really glad I did. The service was easy and friendly and I got my glasses re-lensed for half the price of buying new frames and lenses. Thank you. The only thing I wish I knew before is getting the blue filter glaze means that when photos are taken the glaze appears too... just an NB for others out there. And being returned 24 hour service was not my case. But still definitely recommend.
