"Still waiting for confirmation"
Booked a reservation yesterday & was not able to review it on the website nor did I get an email with confirmation, receipt or Itinerary. Before I completed the transaction the site said I would receive an email with all the info within a few minutes. I phoned customer service, was on hold 20 min. Spoke with Mike who said it takes 24 hours to process the reservation. I asked where I was calling 3 times but he did not answer. The charge has not hit my Credit Card yet. I hope this is a legitimate website. Reviews aren’t great. Wish I would have investigated prior.

the Worst company I have ever dealt with book a flight then cancel it and I'm at the damn airport with no flight. The lady I talked to actually made it right and got me on the next flight however this is NOT the first time I see that this company does this NEVER EVER AGAIN then they said they cancel flights NOT they lied NEVER trust this company LIERS and they need to get better people with a little more compassion for a flight that was cancelled without notifying anyone ZERO stars

"MyFlightSearch.com Not Reputable"
I will try not to get to deep in the details and keep emotions out of this review. We booked a flight on MyFlightSearch.com for our family (4 passengers) in December of 2019 to travel from Chicago, IL (ORD) to Bari, Italy (BRI) connecting through Amsterdam on June 12 2020. Return flight BRI to ORD and connecting in Paris. SIDE NOTE: We also booked another two flights through United for 3 other family members as we were going to my parents home town in Italy to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary.
I called MyFlightSearch Customer Service on 4/25/20 and spoke with them regarding the current Coronavirus situation in Italy. I was on hold for about 20 min, but the agent came back and told me the four flights will be canceled and refunded with no fee. I asked him if he had any cancellation number or email for me. He told me that an email will be sent within 24 hours and the refund will take 25 days. He said just call back if the refund does not show up withing this time.
SIDE NOTE: I called United at the same time and they refunded all tickets with no fees for my parents and brother. Refund took 30 days, but did refund.
I went online to make sure the flights were canceled, and they were not. My connecting flight from Amsterdam to Bari and Bari to Paris were all canceled due to COVID-19 and Italy not allowing nonessential travel between borders. The other flights were not canceled and no refunds or credits given so far.
I called back MyFlightSearch.com Customer Service today, 6/9, to speak about the situation. Told them about the initial refund that never showed up. The gentlemen I spoke with told my that he can refund all of the tickets for a $300/passenger charge totaling $1200. I told him that the flights have been canceled. In short, he told me that "I am wasting his time and my time to get a refund without the fee".
He then said he could re-book me with two connections now on the same days, but I would have to pay a $300 re-booking fee per passenger totaling $1200. Obviously, there is a scam here to get there $300 per person no matter the situation.
After giving him the facts for over an hour, he then said he can give flight credit and can charge a simple $100 fee per passenger. I have no confidence with this company as they kept going back and forth from $100-300 fees. I was trying to work something fair with them as United did cancel and refund with no issues as the country I am trying to get to does not allow non-essential travel right now.

Please do not respond with the same automatic response you have been giving everyone else. If you would like to do the right thing, cancel and refund my four flights before I contact my credit card company an get refunded through them.

Purchased ticket on line from them. $265.34 was charged to my card. This was June 4th 2000. They sent my booking number and flight number but never sent ticket. I tried for days to call and email them. Went to web sight it was down. So after holding 30 minutes 3 different times I finally reached a man. He ask the last 4 digits of phone number and after a few minutes he comes back and tells me a ticket wasn’t issued because the flight was canceled. I said do I get a refund?? He said theirs no cancelation refund. I said you canceled. He hung up on me!! I called back and a lady answered. She said the only thing I can do is offer you another flight but you have to pay more. Or I can issue you a refund. I refused to give them any more money. And was told I would see a refund in 10-20 days. From reviews I’ve read I’m not expecting a refund. These people have every drop
Of information about me. I’m reporting them first thing in morning to card company and bbb. How is this allowed to continue happening??

yes this is scammed ! I just purchased a ticket and they just took my money , i cancelled my card but and the bank is going to report them with a federal investigation as they ben doing this a lot

I would like to say that Ricky was very helpful and he tried to resolve all issues. He is very polite, patient and if you are calling this company ask for Ricky he will definetely try to accommodate you and try to help you as much as possible!

I ran into a situation where I was unable to fly so I called to cancel. They were very nice and patient even though I was already frustrated. A man named victor called and is refunding my full ticket price. I will definitely book with them in the future. Thank you victor!!

Called multiple times to receive a conformation number. Every time I called I waited 20-45 mins, someone would answer then would put you on hold then hang-up on you. This website and customer service is unreal. I RECOMMEND YOU BUY ELSEWHERE.

"STAY AWAY FROM MY FLIGHT SEARCH!!!"
I absolutely HATE having to give this garbage site one star, I wish I could give less. My sister and I bought tickets that were supposed to be emailed to us within 8-24 hours. That was four days ago and we don't have them yet. I decided to read some reviews, which is what I should have done before buying the tickets, and all of the reviews I have read so far have been about how people have been scammed. My sister called the airline we were supposed to be flying with, and as it turns out, that flight didn't exist. She then called My Flight Search, and before she could say anything they told her our flight had been canceled. They told her that we would receive a refund, but I highly doubt we will. We were very excited about our trip and now we might not even get to go. I dread having to break the news to my boyfriend. We were going to visit him because he's in the Coast Guard and I haven't seen him in several months. Now, I might not get to see him for another six months. Thank you, My Flight Search for ruining this for me and for stealing from me.
