"Worst booking experience ever...."
I booked a flight for my daughter to fly home for a family member's funeral. I never received the email with the flight details so I called customer service. The rep was very rude and said the flight was no longer available but there was a flight on a different day for $60 more. I said that would not work because she wouldn't be home in time for the funeral. He wanted to charge me $70 to cancel. It says right on their booking page free cancellations. He then found me a flight on the original day I booked for the $60 more than I had already been billed for. I looked at their website and found the same flight he was charging me for, for $50 dollars less. He said that price was no longer available. Not sure why they list prices that aren't available. I am a little nervous about getting a credit for the first flight I originally booked and had already been charged for. Worst booking experience I have ever had. Will never use this site again!

I booked my flight several days ago, no etickets, no flight confirmation yet and the money has been charged to my card. I have emailed several times, called and been on hold for hours at a time and still nothing. THE WORST BOOKING APP!!!

all these 5-star reviews you see are just fake from the employees. What happened was our flight got canceled at the last second because they did not give an e-ticket and we had to call them to check for these ticket and they won't even give a refund. Just don't use these sited agents f###k suck

I had a laborious time reaching someone to change my reservations. When I finally did, 40 minutes on hold, due to high volume of calls. The person was very apologetic and helpful. They were able to get me a even better flight than what I had before and waived my fee for what it would have cost me. I will definitely recommend using this company to others.

"Well I will never use myflight again"
Well I will never use myflight again! They called 24 hours before my flight and cancelled and they refused to help my out with finding a new flight for what I paid for. The original flight was $113 two weeks in advance and employee 451 offered a flight for $499 then hung up on me, I called back then the flight was $599 and employee 451 hung up on me again, and I called back for the last time and the flight was $699! What a scam!

I'm so pissed. Booked flight may 28th for june 11th my daughter graduation and still haven't received a e-ticket eventhough money was taking from my card. Been on phone trying for 3 days and sent 5 emails no response or live operator.. I want my dam money back

I would give Zero star,they are a SCAM, my flight was canceled because it was technical difficulties on their end and I was told I would not be charged for anything 2day later my bank card was charged,I talked to 10 different ppl and they all had different stories on when I will get my money, still 3 month later I'm still waiting for a refund,I will never use or tell anyone to use myflightsearch.com!!!!!!!!! Every time I speak to someone they tell me I will receive a refund but I'm still waiting after 3 month it's so unprofessional on their end I will be going through with legal matter on getting my refund

Lucas, is was very knowledgeable about the flights ...very friendly we talked about dogs and how our dog is a member of our family and we don’t understand how others sometimes Don’t understand, he and I treat our dogs just as if they were a family members and we cannot under stand how other do not love dogs, Lucas was very very friendly and a nice person...I am so glad I booked my flight using him....

"The agent tried to trick my elderly…"
The agent tried to trick my elderly mother into giving him a 5-star rating by making her think she was looking up flight info. APPALLING!!!!! Maybe he should have actually tried to help her with his time or be the least bit pleasant instead of scamming her for a good rating.
