I placed an order and had to cancel. I was worried it might be like every other service these days where once you have placed it, you can’t really stop it. Had that experience way too many times!

The next morning they were able to cancel it, and they were even kind enough to give me a full refund. Benefits of using a small business are that you don’t have an automated system that you can’t stop!

10/10! Will definitely consider using again!

They made a normal order wait for 9 business days and then canceled the order out of the blue. I reached out and was told the item is no longer available. No apologies for dragging a gift for nearly half a month. Will never oder again.

Terrible. I placed an order on December 16 as a holiday gift and on January 7, the order has still not been delivered to the recipient. And I even paid over $50 for shipping. I have tried several times to reach the Company but no one has bothered to return the message. Do not waste your time and money with Wooden Cork.

I ordered a Christmas gift for a client and it took a lot longer than expected. The site doesn't tell you how many days it takes them to process orders - up to 9 - which had I known that I wouldn't have ordered through them.

I doubt I'll order through them again. Not enough transparency on the website when ordering.
