I love LEGO, their website (ecommerce) is very well built, their loyalty VIP program is pretty good and they are keep the promises.
So I prefer to buy there rather then on their official shop on AMAZON. Good job!

"Horrible experience"

5 minutes after I had bought a present for my son worth over £300 I realized that there was my previous address on Pay Pal.I contacted Lego.com asking them to change address.Impossible!!!!5 minutes after my purchase they couldn’t change the address.Their chat-horrible,you talk to the machine who asks you about your details again and again and again….I will never in my my life buy something from them.Bad experience

"Lego is an amazing product"

Lego is an amazing product, very expensive, and rarely discounted on lego.com. Items are shipped via DPD, and sadly in this case they stacked a very heavy item onto two smaller items crushing them. Otherwise items are as described. And product quality is amazing.

"Lego Shop - reinste Katastrophe...."

Bisher war ich immer der Meinung, ok, wir unterstützen Lego, obwohl die Sets teilweise bei anderen Anbietern schon deutlich billiger waren.
Wir haben also wiedermal eine Bestellung, vor dem Black Friday Chaos, aufgegeben. Bis heute ist noch keine Bestellung da. Angeblich, wäre sie nun im Versand. Bezahlt ist natürlich schon per paypal. Wir haben viermal auf der Hotline angerufen und mails geschrieben, im Online Konto stand immer nur: IM LAGER und in Bearbeitung.
Leider ist es uns mit mehreren Sachen so gegangen. Unflexibel, nicht hilfreicher Kundenservice, Onlinekonto katastrophal.

"Lego bad decision"

Lego retired the power functions line, and replaced them with the 'unfit for purpose' powered up line.
Not to mention the massive hikes in prices. To compare, the power functions rechargeable battery box was around £42, as opposed to powered up's equivalent at £220. See part no. 88016 on their site.

"Lego Set Bestellung"

Also folgendes ich wollte eigentlich bei euch bestellen aber leider wollt ihr mein Geld nicht.

Folgendes ist passiert.

Am.6 Dezember dachte ich mir ich bestelle 2 Artikel über den Schop,da man bei uns die Artikel die ich ausgewählt habe nicht bekommt.

Also Konto eröffnet Sachen bestellt kurze Zeit später bekomme ich eine Email meine Bestellung wurde storniert aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen.

Ich dachte naja Fehler können passieren als es das 2 bez 3 Mal nicht funktioniert hatt rief ich den Kundenservice an.

Und fragte was da los ist sie schaute sich das ganze an und konnte keine Gründe sehen warum das ganze storniert wurde weil alle Daten usw gestimmt haben.

Also hatt sie das ganze an die Buchhaltung weiter gegeben wo ich eigentlich noch im Laufe des 6. Dezember bescheid bekommen sollte sie sagte es würde dann von dort reaktiviert also meine Bestellung.

Da dies nicht passiert ist rief ich heute an, aber nach fast 30 min hatte ich keine Lust mehr auf Warteschleife und legt auf.

Sry aber ich finde so geht Mann nicht mit Neukunden um.

Per Rechnung bestellt. Einen Tag später soll ich den minimalen Betrag von knapp 34€ Per Kreditkarte oder Überweisung zahlen, da Rechnung nicht geht. Telefonisch niemand erreicht, also schnell überwiesen, da ich den Artikel verschenken wollte. In der Mail zur Zahlungsaufforderung noch groß schreiben dass der Artikel für mich reserviert wäre. 1 Woche später (Überweisungen dauern maximal 3 Tage) kommt eine Mail dass der Artikel gerade nicht vorrätig ist. Wollen die mich verarschen….der war doch angeblich für mich reserviert.
Aber Hauptsache Geld einstecken. Die Bestellung werde ich stornieren und mein Geld zurück fordern. Notfalls auch mit Anwalt.
Eine Frechheit wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird. Kein Wunder warum viele auf andere Klemmbausteinhersteller ausweichen.

"Redemption in my eyes"

Having had a bad experience at the start of the year I had left a very bad review. I have since deleted as didn't want the brand that I love so much to still have such a negative review. They did refund me and eventually sort out the delivery issues that I had. I can't thank the manager enough with the help I finally did get. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of issues with shipping and covid are bound to have an impact on any deliveries. Ordered over several times since and no problems. Such a world with issues such as this are not so bad when you look at the bigger picture of covid. Stay safe and enjoy lego.
