Stay away from them.. great service pre-sale and post sale, shocking. I initially contacted the Balcatta store seeking assistance with a warranty claim related to my scooter, as I have been experiencing several mechanical issues that I believe are due to a manufacturing defect. However, instead of receiving a clear explanation, I have been met with constant finger-pointing, a lack of communication, and inadequate service. Key points: Lack of transparancy and communication, failure to provide clear diagnosis and resolution, failure to handle warranty claim, failure to communicate directly with technician and more. To this day, I still do not have my scooter back. I had to go into the store and diagnose the issue which they completly failed to do so and there was no communication, All i rec'd was a work order to replace the back wheel/motor with no explanation. Stay clear of this company. Go to a small local store that will service you well. Wait times for even getting your scooter serviced is 6 weeks. They do not have the capacity. Biggest regret I have. If they would return me my money, I would take it and go elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM SCOOTER HUT - purchased a scooter 8 months ago, battery died and took it back and they said it was my fault after only 2 weeks use. Told them it was not my fault and it was under warranty and to fix it. Well it took 8 months to get fixed, every time I called I got someone would call but never did. Ask for a replacement while it was being fixed and they denied it so I had to pay for public transport. Finally called on Friday to ask where it was and was informed it was ready to be picked up - really. I have made a formal complaint as I will take this further for compensation. Awful customer service and the product is not worth buying.

Called the cockburn store 4 times at 9:45am on 2/10/24 got no answer.
Went i to the store to try buy our son a scooter and the man ry behind the counter paid us no attention of mind so we had to ask another shopper for help picking a freestyle scooter.

"Booked in for warranty work S1 MINMOTION…"
Booked in for warranty work S1 INMOTION , couldn’t look at it for 2 weeks ( throttle jamming on ) drop it in 2 day early as it is unusable. Hear nothing, I ring the day after it was booked for, they are so busy they hadn’t looked at it. And may look at it today if they aren’t too busy. Not sure if they know how a service business is supposed to work . If you buy scooter pray for no problems. Their answer in is “if you don’t like the service , take it elsewhere”. This is the new world

Travelled from country victoria ( 3 hours) to meet with Massimo. I was unable to correctly assemble recently purchased scooter. Could not find a more obliging man.fixed my issues without a problem. Good product . Great service.

Had a great experience in store today! Test rode 4 different electric scooter's, had a great range of accessories which the staff were happy to show me how they worked and even set them up on my new scooter. On site technician for all my servicing needs in the future. A must visit!

Awesome experience at the Helensvale branch. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable, helping me to purchase my first scooter - in S1. I particularly loved that they have test riding zone at the store! Thanks Scooter Hut Helensvale… I’ll definitely be back!

Had an amazing time down at Robina Scooter Hut today. Rae and the Team were super helpful in helping me find the right e-scooter. I was impressed that the scooter was fully set up for me and the team took the time to take me through safe riding and looking after my scooter.
Scooter Hut has to be the most professional organisation in the e-scooter world.

"Terrible customer service "
Bought a scooter from here two years ago. Had it serviced there before. Booking in for a service now and they tell us they don’t service our brand of scooter and we need to sign a waiver to say if they stuff it up they’re not liable. Also called the Malvern East store to enquire about a tyre tube and Steve was a total pr*ck on the phone and made be feel like a moron. Our relationship with Scooter Hut is over.

"Have to pay for repairs after 2 weeks"
Please say “don’t over tighten the bolts on the stem” I have had this scooter for 2 weeks and will now cost $200 to repair it because they assume I have overtightened the stem bolts. With no proof. So no warranty. I followed this video very carefully. Repairs will be done with no guarantee it won’t happen in 2 weeks again. Furious this Scooter Hut and business. So disappointed. 2 weeks old.
