"The blinds were incorrectly sized and…"
The blinds were incorrectly sized and the salesperson came out to review with the promise of organizing the service department to come and fix the problem. This would entail them having to over a few days pick the blinds up and resizing. The salesperson also knew I had my apartment up for sale and needed a quick turnaround.
After 3 weeks of waiting, I contacted the company and finally a few days later had a call from the service department booking in a time a couple of weeks later just to view what the problem was. Not fix the problem, just view. My apartment was going up for sale officially the following week of their viewing. When I asked if they could speed this up due to the open houses etc I was rudely refused by a women who could not care less about my situation. There was absolutely no help from her at all. I said I needed then to go to head office and she replied she was head office.

The Kresta Blinds quality level : judge for yourself.
Their representatives Mr. Nereus D’Mello & Mrs. Robin Brewster have no interest whatsoever & do not reply back to any correspondence.
The plantation shutters have scratches; some louvres are loose while the arch shutter doesn’t close.
I’ve had to:
1. lodge a complaint with the NSW Department of Fair Trading and
2. lodge a case with the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
Stay away from this company.

"The worst company I have ever dealt…"
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Had a folding arm outdoor awning installed. It had never been great and it is badly made and installed. After a year of only being used a few times, the awning started to drop and lose its tightness making it unable to be used. I called Kresta and spoke to a girl who told me to send an email which I did. No reply to my email or follow up email. I tried to call many times and only got an answering machine and left messages but again no response. Appalling customer service. Will never use again. Buyer beware.

"No respect for customers "
Incompetent, no respect for customers. Ordered verticals for 2 bedrooms in January 2024, here I am in October 2024, still no blinds. Leave messages on answering machine, but no one returns calls. When I do reach someone they have no idea what’s happening with my order and supposedly “some phantom manager is going to call me”. It just doesn’t happen. They’ve taken the money and I have no window coverings. It’s not a good omen for this company being able to continue existing if this is the way they treat customers.

I ORDERED 1 ROLLER BLIND IN JUNE AND WAS ADVISED 4-5 WEEKS DELIVERY,IT IS NOW AUGUST AND I AM STILL WAITING.SALESMAN DOES NOT RETURN ME EMAILS.CALL CENTRE SAYS SORRY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM KRESTA,PEOPLE BE WARNED.......

"THEY DON'T LIKE TO REFUND THE FULL MONEY THEY OWE "
I did not want Kresta to continue to do a 3rd order on a mistaken measurement of two shutters ordered so I requested a refund of the paid shutters. But they have short changed me by $160. They have not given an explanation for the reason of this.
The full cost of the two shutters was $1944. I only received $1784 that is $160 short. Their customer service Charlotte has not responded to my email.

"Warped shutters, no resolution "
They have fitted a shutter that is warped, they refused to fix it, they refuse to give me a refund, they refuse to even address the situation this has been going on for months, I have been promised fitters to arrive which have not arrived, managers do not call as promised or ensure any acceptable level of customer service. An appalling company with a appalling service and workmanship, do yourself a favor go and spend your $10,000 dollars somewhere else

"Expensive and not worth it"
The Lady who came and measured was great as was the fitter. Unfortunately after two and half years (cannot put the correct date at the bottom) I am still waiting for everything to be finished. Customer Service person should be just that. Regretfully I would never recommend Kresta.

"THE WORST QUALITY "
One star because the initial consultant was nice. The rest of the service and quality deserve no stars. The backing on our white blinds have turned black from what looks like sun damage.
They didn't make the pleating to our specifications.
The fittings and fixtures the walls are very poor and cheap.
Thier customer service has been dismal.
I WOULD NEVER DO KRESTA AGAIN. Dont be fooled!
