Ordered the £59 Chromebook in early December, arrived late and included the wrong power supply, still have not got back to me from the e mail I sent 2 days ago to find out where it is.

Poor service. Promised delivery 2nd Dec. They blamed delay on Wowcher initially, then postage strike, finally told me items wasn't in stock. Item finally arrived 2 weeks late and was inferior to item paid for and was definately not refurbished. Packaging was intact but the button on the ipad didn;t work so it certainly could not have been tested. Returned item on 29th Dec and am now told I will not receive a refund until after 19th January.
Avoid!!!

Christmas eve I Brought a refurbished chromebook 11 and it arrived before the new year! I am pleased with my purchase and works exactly as I expected. It was also very well packaged. Communication with them also second to none! Fast and polite response! Will definitely use again should I need to.

Definitely with 5 stars. I Bought a refurbished iwatch from renew electronics and I thought there was an issue with it, so I emailed them and they got back to me straight away with advice for the watch on a couple of occasions and they also sent me a return slip so I could send it back to them for a replacement, they got back to my emails straight away, they were always helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease, so very glad I bought from these and will definitely be using them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Bought an Apple iPad Air, did not receive anything asked for I refund I have received nothing just constant generic email replies saying they’re looking in to it, so now I’m left with nothing, might as well have just burned £200 would have kept me warm at least

first off the quality is 5 star .customer care service is 5 star .they kept me up dated on every thing returns was easy they picked my item up from me and updated me as soon as they got it and kept on up dating me . i well defo buy again 100 percent . quality

Bought what I thought would be a newer ipad air via Wowcher as the RRP was about £300. Checked the specs and traders website no mention which generation or year!
So it comes , all looks okay. Partners opens at Christmas and sets up but turns out it's a 2013 1st generation, which they failed to state in the specs. I've contacted them and said I will happily pay return for refund but low and behold outside the refund policy they won't!
Company leaving vital information out and very misleading. Would not trust.
