"Absolutely appalling costumer…"

Absolutely appalling costumer service!!! Sent me the wrong charger with my laptop the laptop has got absolutely no life in it so I can’t even check that it’s working so a very upset 9year olds birthday!! And then trying to resolve it is just ridiculous

"Refurbished Rubbish!"

I ordered a refurbished apple watch through wowcher. I expected a few minor scratches as detailed on wowcher but this was covered in scuffs and scratches both front and back. It was far from minor! I tried to contact renew electronics but they didn't reply to my messages. I have returned the watch so hopefully I will get a refund soon. I will never order from them again!

Shocked at the previous reviews. The only thing I have to complain about was the delivery was a tad later than expected but the reconditioned chrome book I ordered is exactly what I expected. All works great and in really good condition. I feel I got exactly what I paid for so I am very happy with my purchase. Definitely would purchase again from this company and can recommend them

"Good laptop"

I don't understand why this company has so many bad reviews. I ordered a Samsung Chromebook via Wowcher and yes I had to email them because it was late compared to the delivery date shown on wowcher but they replied to my email straightway telling me when it would be dispatched. I emailed again to have confirmation and they sent me the royal mail tracking code. Two days after the laptop arrived and was in great condition and well packed. Really a bargain for the price I paid!

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with very late delivering. Wrong leads sent when delivered will not respond to any corrospondence. My advice do not deal with this company ever.

Orderd a laptop on 12/09/22 have not shipped yet told it will be one or 2 days never happens I orderd on pigsback.com sorry I never read reviews first I needed on quickly enough .now I'm told cancellation may take 4 days and in this time may ship well I don't want it had to order another

Be very aware of this company, take note of the reviews. They refuse refunds. Disgusting customer service. They force you to take delivery of a product that you do not want, and then refuse a refund. BEWARE. Update. Just read some more reviews. It looks like Bethany ignores your request in the hope of keeping your money for as long as possible. Also Wowcher play a big part in this disgraceful company.

Wish I'd read the reviews before buying. Silly mistake. Bought an Apple 4 Watch through Wowcher. Cost £15 for delivery. Arrived within a few days. Completely scratched to bits. Appreciate as a refurbished watch there might be light wear and tear but this was unusable. Sent back on the same day 11th August using signed for delivery which they received on the 14th. They have only acknowledged receipt yesterday, the 24th, and now a further 5-7 working days for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. BE WARNED.
