"Awful"

Awful service. Waited over 2 weeks for a refurbished apple watch to be delivered to discover it locked and still linked to someone's account. Hardly refurbished.

They said i could return it and I asked for a new one to be sent out straight away. They received the watch and now tell me I have to wait minimum 7 days while it is assessed.

Wait days for any response from any communications and am now losing patience

If i could give 0 stars i would. ordered an apple watch through Wowcher. Read the reviews here after I ordered so i thought ok i’ll cancel before they get the order through. They said it would take seven to ten days for delivery so i said i would request a refund if the watch hasnt arrived by that time. Bearing in mind that Wowcher charged an extra 12.99 for faster delivery! The only real way of contacting Renew Electronics is through Wowcher’s WhatsApp so i’ve been back and forth with them asking for the tracking information. Every query takes 72 hours and now there’s no reply at all from Renew Electronics. I have started a dispute with PayPal but that takes a while! Already paid for the product and the 12.99 delivery fee. Absolute disgrace. Terrible communication and terrible service. Avoid!! I managed to get a better version of the watch from music magpie with express delivery for 15 quid more so go with a reputable supplier and save yourself the trouble and the lost money.

Absolutely terrible company, I ordered an Apple Watch via wowcher, 16th June 22 and still had no order delivered, been in touch with the company via what’s app and direct and they keep saying the same thing, delay with dispatch, I still have no watch and no solution, opened a case via PayPal and will hopefully get my money back, never ever would I order from this company again, seems like a complete scam from start to finish, I am out of pocket and they don’t seem to care at all, worst company I have ever dealt with and would advise anyone reading this to never order with them.

I ordered an ipad on April that hasn't been delivered, requested a refund and they clearly have no intention of giving me back my money for what they have not delivered.

Product never turned up , when I contacted the customer support department all I got was "we will look in to this and get back to you ". 50 days had passed and still no product or replacement . Through out all the correspondence there was no offer of resolution. At then end the bank dealt with the issue

The stuff I was sent wasn’t even the correct stuff it was advertised as AirPods or an Apple Watch etc and I was sent cheap knock off versions went straight in the bin . Will not be trust no mystery deal again 🤬

"Took my payment via Wowcher when the item isn't available and wouldn't allow the order to be cancelled"

I placed an order for an Apple watch via Wowcher on 15/6/22. I asked for the tracking number which was dated 17/6/22. This was for a birthday present on 29th so after contacting Wowcher a couple of times I then emailed Renew Electronics on 27th to ask to cancel my order but they said as this was being processed they couldn't cancel and would be despatched by 6:30pm the same day but I could refuse delivery. They then called me on 28th so say the watch was out of stock and offered a different size which I didn't want so again tried to cancel, to be told this wasn't possible - even though it's not available! I'm now going through the process again of waiting 24 hours for a response on whatsapp from Wowcher and will probably try claim a refund through my bank. I've never left a negative review but this company are conning people.

A few days before my eldest daughters 13th birthday we ordered an Apple watch series 3 in gold from renewelectronics through wowcher, also paying extra for next day delivery. 2 days later no delivery so I contacted them asking to cancel the order since they had not delivered and we had to make alternative arrangements. They initially said on that fridays contact that they would cancel and refund. Roll on the following Tuesday and we didn't hear anything regarding the refund so I contacted them again to which they responded that they were not able to cancel an order that had already been processed. At the same time they called my wife (we had swapped phones for a few hours) on my phone saying they didnt have stock of the gold watch and would we be ok with having a series 3 watch in silver to which my wife said no. A further week has nos passed, and both wowcher and renewelectronics still refuse to cancel and refund the full amount even thoug they still haven't delivered so i will have to resort to calling my back and arranging a chargeback, and contacting trading standards. Hope this helps others avoid this rogue company, on the plus side CEX did save the day for my daughters 13th birthday.

Run people, just keep running in the opposite direction. Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Paid for a chromebook arrived 2 weeks late (3 weeks in total). Doesn't even boot up. That was just the start of the of the trouble........ as I said just don't buy any from them.
