Communication was problematic. Our address was listed wrongly from the start and was never corrected despite numerous requests. This led to many phone calls to providers so we actually got the products.

My designer/saleswoman Laurie was wonderful!! Was able to find exactly what the room needed. Will use again.
Only problem is the button to raise the blinds. I have to get on a chair for them to be raised to the top. I guess nobody ever thought of people that are not 6 feet tall.
