"Avoid Three Day Blinds...."

The sales phase of my Three Day Blind experience went perfectly. Their salesperson arrived on time on the day scheduled. I felt no pressure to buy.

Based upon my sales experience, I ordered $5000 of blinds for my entire house.

The blinds arrived about a week late. Not a big problem BUT only half my order was shipped. Another two weeks fell off the calendar before the installer arrived (again, short 50% of my order).

I'm mostly able to overlook the worst parts of this experience but my credit charged for the remaining 50% of total cost due.

There were a continual set of mistakes by Three Day Blinds. My initial order was late, my installation was two weeks late and I have only received 50% of what I ordered.

Why on Earth should I be charged for goods and services that I have yet to receive?

Save, time and frustration. Spend your money elsewhere.

The vertical screen broke right after the installer left. The company plans to make it good, but it hasn't happened as yet. Since it's not fixed yet, I can't give a good review.

"The one star I’m giving is generous"

The one star I’m giving is generous. They should change their name to “Robbed Me” Blinds. This company took over $11,000 of my money and ordered blinds that didn’t fit, installed wands that damage the blinds, uneven installations, factory glue still adhered to some blinds, blinds that don’t stay open, and the list goes on. The emails about the problem were half sentences and condescending. Horrible in every way. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. There’s lots of respectable blind places out there. This is NOT one of them.

"Can't say enough good things about 3 Day Blinds1"

We are extremely pleased with the entire experience from the consultation thru installation. The blind and shades were beautifully manufactured and fit perfectly. Both the consultant and installer were professional and courteous. The recommendations made by the consultant were spot on. He took into consideration the color scheme and tonality of our home which resulted in window treatments which enhance our home.

"I am NOT particularly impressed with…"

I am NOT particularly impressed with how the blinds close. The glide is NOT smooth. My 30 year old versions that we installed ourselves were more stable.
