The workmanship and quality of materials used for the blinds and shades I purchased is excellent. The sales rep was very professional and provided useful assistance in honing my choice of materials and colors. And the installer was very competent, considerate, and professional throughout.

The consultant/sales person convinced me to put black out blinds in my bedroom rather than blackout curtains - I was concerned about light still coming through from the sides of the blinds.

Turns out that is a problem and didn’t accomplish the darkened room I was seeking. I wish I had left the blinds and added a blackout curtains. Very unhappy about letting her convince me that blinds would be better.

The Design consultant is very experienced.She always explains everything and answers any questions.

"The shades are beautiful, BUT...."

The shades are beautiful, however, the shades that are "room darkening" shades are a little tricky getting up and down. They don't work as smoothly as the thinner material shades I have in my spare bedroom. NOW, I'm waiting for a repair. Wonder how long this will take. Keep in mind BRAND NEW SHADES. Rating going down!

Everyone we interacted with at 3 day blinds, from the designer to the installer were professional and knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! The products that we chose with the help of the designer are excellent and make the rooms look so much better! The installer came as planned and took away the old blinds installed and cleaned up in such an efficient manner. Thank you for the excellent service! We will use three day blinds again and will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

The entire process was easy. I booked my appointment online, a designer meaured the windows and we discussed options and colors. 1.5 weeks later I received a text that my blinds were ready to install. Through that text exchange I scheduled an install appointment for the next day! The installer showed up 1 hour into the 4 hour window and had the blinds (2) installed in less than 15 minutes. The blinds look and function great.
