"Misleading Shipping Promise"

Yet another customer mislead by the 1-3 day shipping promise! I ordered my gifts on December 12, 2020 and didn't receive them until January 13, 2021. I immediately requested a return and was told due to Covid they are not accepting returns despite that fact NOT listed anywhere on their website. This company is a complete sham. Thankfully I used my AMEX card and am now disputing the charge.

I literally placed my order on December 19th simply because their website proudly displayed the fact that it was 1-3 days shipping. I would not have ordered had they been honest with the length of time it would take to get the order. I emailed the company and was only answered when I submitted a complaint to the better business bureau. I was told that the shipping time is different than the delivery time. Never once have I ever heard such bull. Any other company I have purchased from tells you shipping is so many day, not some crap about 2 different time frames. I asked how long the delivery time would take and they advised 2 weeks. I was given the date of Jan 9th. However its Jan 13th and I am still waiting! If I could give 0 stars I would! STOP LYING ABOUT SHIPPING JUST TO GET SALES!! I will NEVER purchase from this company again

I updated from -1 to a generous 2 because after waiting more than one month, contacting my bank to file a fraud alert and had the card I used to place the order canceled and replaced, the package FINALLY arrived. My grandson loves AMOUNG US so he was happy about the hoodies and the LED lamp. The shirts are advertised as adult sized (not American adults), Typically I would by my grandson a small adult, however I am glad i ordered the large, not expecting true to size fit. Instead of the hoodies being too big, they fit him like the small I buy locally. and they are very thin for a hoodie, ie when he put on the white one, you can see exactly what he has on underneath it so I don't expect it to wash and wear for long. The LED lamp is cute, smaller than expected, about the size of my hand. It came in a box about the size of a cell phone. Everything was in one legal sized bubble envelope. Nevertheless, the kid is pleased and was surprised because he was not expected it as long as I was.

Hopefully they will get it together and do better. It will help if they start by modifying the shipping statement and disclosing the entire process. BE HONEST!

Terrible customer service and shipping. It’s been over a month and I am yet to receive my product. This company is a joke! STAY AWAY and save your money!

This place is definitely a scam. Do not buy from here. While you do get the items you paid for, they are nothing as advertised and takes weeks to arrive. The 1-3 day shipping is false, no response to emails, the address provided on their website does not seem to even link anywhere, AND FOR AN UNKNOWN REASON THEY CHANGED THEIR SHOP NAME. I personally bought a few hoodies and stickers and while the stickers we of an okay quality the hoodies were of very cheap quality and the measurements shown on the website were WAY off (i ordered a large but it fits more like a small). Overall, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

NASMAS are liars and thieves! Their website may look legit but it is just a front for taking your money. 2 to 3 days shipping is a lie. Their "tracking numbers" are fake and their customer service is a complete joke. Do not give them your money!!!

WTH... This company is a joke do not order from them. You will not receive your item. Or it will not be as ordered. I ordered on November 28th today is January 11th and I still have not received any item. The company says to keep waiting for it. It's just been sitting not even accepted by USPS yet. I have asked for a refund and they are refusing to give it.

Arrived months late and we’re not like the picture on the website. Customer service was horrible and they are different sizes. And for some reason has a squeaky toy thing inside one of the three.
