"Same as many users on here"

Same as many users on here. I ordered December 1st. I have written them for a tracking number and was told they are sorry for the delay. Today I finally got a tracking number and says its awaiting. Underneath in smaller writing it says it. Update once they get the package from the sender. What does that mean? It wasn't even brought to a post office?


UPDATE 12/29/2020- after being promised it will arrive before Christmas. I still have NOT got my order and says it has been in new jersey for 6 days and hasn't moved. I have a disappointed child. im very disappointed

"I would leave less than one star"

I would leave less than one star. Website makes it appear as if a US based business, site says "free 1-3 day shipping on all orders", and here I am 10 days later with no status other than "order moving" and no indication as to when it will actually be received. I emailed customer service and the response was the same tracking information I already have. Will be contacting bank fraud department unless I have a real person contact me regarding the exact timeframe I can expect my order.

Wow I wished I read all these reviews before purchasing i placed an order since November 29th I had to reach out to customer service to ask where is .y tracking information. Someone responded wsaying it will shipped out and pop comes an emails saying my oder have been shipped everytime I track my order I just saying that my order is moving I dont even know what shipping company they are using. I am really disappointed in this whole transaction my kids really want these plushies and now on here I see ppl are saying its small the size of there palms I would be really upset if that the case.

I made my order on November 20th and was promised it would be here by December 10th at the very latest. It is now December 14th and according to my tracking number (the ONLY thing they offered me when I asked them what was up), my order hasn't even left Pudong airport yet (kinda weird for a US based company). Never ordering from them again, if I ever even receive my order. My order was #32365487

"Still haven’t received my order"

I am in the same boat as many of the reviewers on here. I received a shipping confirmation on 12/4 and I still have not received my order. For a company that claims to be a US based, shipping should not take this long. Shipping details are very vague on their site - “order moving” does not give very much insight as to what is going on with my order. I am VERY concerned I have been scammed. Also very sad and disappointed because this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. Also funny how all the “5 star” reviews are all from people NOT in the US. Sounds suspicious to me. Never again from this site.

This is ridiculous I knew I should have read before purchasing. I am needing my order before Christmas and with all these reviews I may not even get my order AT ALL!!! I will be disputing my transaction if this isnt taken care of and promised 1-3 shipping as site states.

I really hate to hand out bad reviews, but I placed my order on the fourth, and received my order confirmation the same day. However it has been 10 days, and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I need my order to arrive before Christmas as it is a present. I am beginning to worry I was scammed even. My order number is #32982987. I hope this situation can be handled and I can take down this negative review :/
