"DO NOT order from this company"

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order anything from this company. I ordered Christmas gifts over a month ago and haven’t received anything. Not only that when I reach out to customer service they treat me like I’m stupid. I bought from them because they advertised all over their page 1-3 days shipping. When I asked them where my products were the guy just responded with “our site states 1-3 days Shipping, 1-2 weeks delivery”. Shipping & delivery are different. Okay I get that. Misleading but whatever. BUT I ordered Nov 22nd and it’s Dec 17th and I still have no product and it doesn’t look like it will be here anytime in 2020. Save yourself the time and frustration. I’m now out money and my kids won’t get their Christmas gifts

"I ordered 3 hoodies on the 1st of…"

I ordered 3 hoodies on the 1st of December, which I assumed would be plenty of time for me to get them, wrap them, and send them on as gifts. It is now the 18th of December and still no sign. Sure, they shipped in 3 days, but is going on 3 weeks. Definitely do not order now,

"SCAM!"

Calling my bank to dispute the charge, and going to try to report this company. No movement on my package in days, and no email response back. SCAM!

This company is very deceiving. It acts like you are ordering from the US. It is not! It's truly only reason I placed order( xmas gift) After order placed, on the actual ship info it says they are shipping from China. It's very unfortunate that it says 1-3 days shipping, when in reality it means they will ship it out in 1-3 days of receiving your order. The delivery time is up to 2-3 weeks I was told. THEY KNOW THEY ARE FOOLING PEOPLE INTO ORDERING FROM THEM. STAY AWAY IF SHIPPING FOR A GIFT OR HOLIDAYS!!!! I WILL LEAVE ANOTHER REVIEW ON FACEBOOK. SCAMMERS AT ITS BEST!! Order placed on December 12th, still no package or money on December 25th! Do not order!!

Update: Order placed December 12th, Package gives a Fed ex bogues tracking number. Today is January 4th with no merchandise. This is FRAUD! Do not spend your money with them. I will be contacting BBB on them.

"Scammed Over children toys"

Yes like almost all reviews on here I ordered on the 3rd and still nothing. Not even movement. Have emailed them twice no response. I will be contacting my credit card to dispute and seeing if they can be reported to the BBB for fraud if I don’t hear something by tomorrow. This is ridiculous!

This company is very deceiving. It acts like you are ordering from the US..which is the only reson I went with them. Come to find out, they are shipping from China. Not only that but when it says 1-3 days shipping, all that means is they will ship it out in 1-3 days of receiving your order. The delivery time is up to 2 weeks I was told. Same as literally every other 1 star review. Ordered December 4th got a shipping email a couple days later order has had the same exact status ever since. Very frustrating.

Still haven't received anything from them. Going to do a chargeback on my card to get my money back this is absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money with them spend your money elsewhere.

I have a overwhelming feeling that we have been scammed! Ive called..ive emailed and nothing what so ever! At this point i just want to cancel my order! I will be contacting my card company if i dont here from.

Ordered on November 29th. Still no order on December 16th. Tracking says order moving. I will be disputing order. Very deceiving business tactics and website.

"False advertisement poor customer service"

ALL 5 Star Reviews are from India.... I wonder why...They claim items will be mailed in 1-3 days, that is a LIE. Their customer service rep is the worst. I would also give less than 1 if it were possible. I was lucky that they refunded my money and I am sure it was done because it was done through PayPal.... They were upset I went through them and were very rude about it. After reading the review about the merchandise I am glad I was able to cancel my order.
