Real website. You can go to it. That's the only thing real about this company. It's a scam. DO NOT BUY!!

Paypal will support ya and refund $$, but if we continue to buy from sites like this, we're just paying the crooks like 'Nasmas' or 'Tysica' or whoever they'll be next.

I didn't know other people from the US was having the same problem. I already contacted Paypal and my case has been filed. Like its Christmas and a pandemic and your playing with peoples feelings and emotions. I order on the 14th and its the 24th. 1-3 shipping my ass. If you knew that it wasn't going to get here by Christmas then put that under your Add to Cart button NOT IN THE DELIVER POLICY. Im glad I got a back up gift for my sister because this website is misleading and untrustworthy. I only buy through amazon from now on!

"Sweatshirts not arrived in 1-3 days - will they ever????"

Ordered sweatshirts for my daughter on 12/11 with 1-3 day shipping have not received it. Says it shipped and it says order moving on 12/16 and nothing since. I checked a few sites before I ordered to see if Nasmas was legit - and it seemed a new site, but ok. Trust pilot reviews unfortunately did not come back in the search results at that time!!! The site said they were official merchandisers for Among Us - if they aren’t surely this is misrepresentation / fraud. Will now investigate how to get our money back??

"Misleading Website and Shipping Promises"

Their website is so misleading - I feel stupid for falling for it. It says that they offer free 1-3 day shipping at the top of their website. Not if you live in the US. This is coming from China. I ordered something over 3 weeks ago and it’s still not here. If Christmas wasn’t tomorrow, it wouldn’t be a problem. I bought the same plush for my son from a much more legit, reputable company and it got here in no time. I then bought one from this site for my daughter, hoping to receive the same level of service and was greatly disappointed. Please don’t respond like you have with the others and tell me to contact your customer service. Unless you can speak with my 7 year old on Christmas and tell her why her brother has a cool plush and she doesn’t, I think you’ve “helped” enough. Don’t plaster your advertisements everywhere promising such fast shipping when you obviously can’t deliver that same level of service to everyone.

Same as everyone else. I'm having the same exact issue with ALBUMZ. I think my daughter found these companies on her social media pages which must be where these companies advertise. Been 2.5 weeks for both companies, getting shipment info. Run around even though I was PRETTY sure they said it would arrive in time for Christmas. Either they are scams, or there are serious staffing issues like they are trying to claim. I will update this if I do get the shipment.

Same as others, ordered a sweatshirt on December 14th and it says one to three shipping days but I have not received anything. When I look at the tracking it just says the package is moving. I'm pretty upset since I ordered this for my son for Christmas and it's not going to make it.

This is a very sketchy website. I tried purchasing a few items from them and have yet to receive these items. They advertise 1-3 day shipping, but it has been almost 3 weeks. Their phone number doesn't seem legit, and no one will answer any emails. Buyer beware.

Scam. And the good reviews for nasmas on here are fake-- if you click on their names, you can see they review a lot of the same fake companies, usually leave a review in German, and other sus behavior. I'll be disputing this with my credit card.

they are NOT a real store!!! I fell for it, when I ordered two Among Us plushies and a sweatshirt. They were supposed to arrive within 4-5 days, but never arrived. I didn't receive a confirmation email, and when I asked for one, they sent it and created a fake tracking number. I should have been alerted when their phone number doesn't work.
