"Would give 0 stars if I could....."

I placed my order just like everyone else thinking that it was made and shipped in the USA. Not the case. Ordered 12/15, 12/18 it was shipped somewhere in China, now on 12/23 they are requiring a screenshot of my credit card purchase to move forward. I ordered from you and you sent me a screenshot of my order...WTH is going on. My mom orders online ALL the time and she has never been asked to provide a screenshot of the transaction. Doesn't even make sense. I am really upset, my daughter wanted Among Us plushies for xmas, that was all she asked for. So I had to spend more money to order from another company, which I should have done in the first place, but since I ordered so late it won't be here by Christmas. I think that I have decided that I will cancel this order, I have a feeling I am not getting any money back. SCAMMERS!!!!! It just amazes me that they can still be up and running. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM EVER!!!!

***so as an update I contacted them to cancel my order and request an immediate refund....big surprise no reply and its been days....I'm so mad, but the new order I placed from another company will be here soon so my daughter will be happy but it makes me so upset that we have all been so badly scammed. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!I wish I had used PayPal or something so I could fight it but seems I am just going to be out 40 bucks, could be worse I guess....SIGH...

"Order Never Received!"

Do NOT Order from this company! Same story as everyone else- ordered because of their deceptive advertising of 1-3 days shipping and stating coming from Wyoming. Item shipped in 1-3 days but is coming from China and is still not here after several weeks. Ordered 3 sweatshirts as Christmas gifts and now I have to go out on Christmas eve and try and find new gifts! The last thing I wanted to do on Christmas Eve. I doubt I will ever see product.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! I ordered something on December 2nd. Waited a couple weeks tracking said “order moving” whatever that means. Emailed 3 times finally got a response that they update the orders in batches and mine wasn’t in a batch that updated yet. Conveniently it all of a sudden updated saying it waiting to be shipped. Tried calling the number and it’s a text now subscriber. Get another email back saying they ship from overseas but the address says Wyoming. I ordered from them because they offer 1-3 day shipping. Complete joke!! I doubt I will ever see this item. I disputed my order with my credit card company. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I have been waiting shipping updates and information for my order placed December 3rd. It has been 20 days since and I have no package or updated information about my package. My nephews are going to be so disappointed this Christmas l, as these were their gifts. Customer service is either an automated email response and no one picks up the phone... awful experience. Will never use this site again. Beware!

Do not waste your time sad how misleading this "company" is portraying themselves on the website , My order is for 100.00 and my 4 year old son wanted these plush sooo bad site states 1-3 day shipping appearing to be U.S. based come to find out it coming from Asia with no update on my order since Dec. 10th. At still processing I will be calling my bank and whoever else I need to if they don't gracefully accept my cancellation

Would give zero if I could. Misleading information and unhelpful customer service. I ordered products on December 8th under the 1-3 day shipping. Still nothing, no tracking updates and absolutely will not be here for Christmas.

Company is misleading! The top of the site says Free 1-3 day shipping. This actually means the order will be processed in 1-3 days, then if you read their fine print it actually takes weeks to receive your order. I think they should take that “Free 1-3 day shipping” off their site!

This website is a Fraudulent Scammer website that paid google to be brought to the top of Among Us searching. Paypal is fully aware of this website and has it flagged. Do not wait around for your "order", there is nothing being shipped to you. File a dispute with PayPal now and immediately escalate to a claim. Then call and speak with a PayPal agent, they will see all the red flags on this website, and PayPal will refund your money within 5 days.

"Complete Scam"

I placed my order November 30th, like others thinking it was shipping from Montana. I got a shipping notice by December 4th, so I thought things were looking good. It’s December 22nd, and still no shipment. It’s coming from Asia. The phone number is a Kentucky number for a TEXT NOW SUBSCRIBER. That’s something my little kids used back in 2012! This is a serious joke. I used PayPal and submitted my dispute to them, thank goodness. $39.90 for something I didn’t get...no thanks NASMAS. My advice: Go somewhere else and spend your money, preferable a local business...and be suspicious of a site that has all 5-star reviews because that NEVER happens in real life. I should have known better!!!

"BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!"

I ordered two items on Dec.9th with the understanding they would ship in 1-3 days. It is December 23rd abs the items are still not delivered. When following the tracking it shows it’s been in transit since Dec 14th (which has not changed in days). Lastly, when i contacted customer service (twice) the same person responded both times to say be patient. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM-YOU WONT RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE! I’ve asked for a refund twice in email (as they request) and I’ve yet to receive a response from the request.
