"i recently bought a gift for christmas…"

i recently bought a gift for christmas and was worried about how long it would take to arrive. I looked at the 3 day shipping and thought end of november would be long enough. by searching Nasmas i got worried thinking it was a scam, so many reviews from India giving 5 stars, the company showing different addresses as the product from china but says its an American brand.I was very worried i had been scammed until the hoodie and plushie, i ordered arrived on Christmas eve. really good product and was well packaged just the length of time it took to arrive is what really put me off. if it arrived past Christmas I wouldn't rate it as high but it came before Christmas and the product was actually really good. i suggest putting an order in atleast 1 month before you actually want it

ok i ordered a plush and i ordered it on 25th on December and has anyone gotten their order or no? Thats all i need to know because i dont want to be worried about how i paided. Thank you!

"Don’t buy from them"

I ordered on December 4th and like the rest of what I’m reading I have not received them. I have emailed them multiple times and have had generic responses sent back to me. My status shows in transit, which seems to have changed when i have emailed complaints. I do not trust that I will ever receive what I have ordered because I have seen so many others that have reviewed that have waited longer and the reviews that are 5 stars seem made up to me.

Wish I could give a negative number review. Like -5 stars. I sent them my info. As requested in my last review below. This was my email to them:

"Please tell me why this isn't here yet! It said 1 to 3 days shipping. I get now you say that means you will ship it in 1 to 3 days (which is INCREDIBLY MISLEADING!). And IF these show up they better be the large 23 cm size. Not the small ones other people say that have gotten when paying for big ones.

My order number is 321111587."

This is their ignorant response. They have updated their "delivery" info. on their site now. It didn't say this when I ordered 12/5! This company should be turned in for fraud!

They didn't "take care of this" for me at all. Just gave me the brush off.
As of 12/26 my order is STILL IN SHANGHAI......CHINA!!!! Their website makes it seem as if it is a company that ships from the USA. Your customers deserve some sort of compensation for this ridiculous fraud!

Yes this is a scam. Bait and switch. Say free 1-3 day delivery on all orders and then AFTER you pay for it you find out it is 11-20 days if ever.

On their website they say the shipment is 1 to 3 days, but when you contact the customer service, they tell you that the shipment is different than the delivery time that is two weeks, I've been waiting for almost 4 weeks and I still don't get anything, the last customer service Email says that my product will be coming soon, but they don't give you an exact date either.

I made a order on December 3rd. I got a tracking number that stopped moving once it was in transit. There phone number is a text now number. (Text now is a app you can use with Wi-Fi no phone service needed.) Its a sure scam. Do not I repeat DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Its a scam 100%

"Slow shipping but good product"

Original: I wish it was legit, I ordered 12-8-20 and fell for the 3 days shipping thing. I've emailed multiple times and get the same fake yanwen tracking number that says moving. I think I will challenge the payment with PayPal. Order 321407487 if they read these. Going to give 1 more day.

Update: I received the AmongUs plushes today (1-12-21) over a month later. I will definitely order from them again and have updated my review from 1 star to 3. I would make it a five if they were honest about shipping on their webpage. The actual among us plushes are adorable and my kids loved them.

I was going to finish writing and finally post my long, detailed review of my horrible experience with these con artists, including how I've found out how sketchy they are and their blatant lie concerning their "factory workers" picture on their 'About Us' page (which you can easily find by using Google Images), however, I refreshed Nasmas' site and they now have 'Tysica' plastered on their website as their apparent new name. PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! THEY ARE FRAUDS! IF YOU SEE THE NAME 'TYSICA', IT IS THE SAME PEOPLE! I really wish I could upload the pictures I took as evidence, but the evidence is already there-- the URL is still Nasmas.com, and there are several other places still on their site (at the time of this review) with the Nasmas name. BUYER BEWARE!!!

EDIT/UPDATE:
I decided, for the heck of it, to do some scrounging around for their icon (the cute Shiba Inu dog they "had" as their mascot). Guess what? It was stolen, not even theirs. It came from a completely different site.
