"NEGATIVE!!!***** SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!"

Negative TEN!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, SCAM!!!!!!!!! I threatened to leave bad reviews via email and finally someone answered my EMAIL and told me to check my mailbox!!!! I guess they thought that was funny?? We ordered on Dec 4th, supposed to arrive before Christmas, it is now Jan 5th, nothing ,nothing nothing! Fedex says tracking number invalid...and the tracking provided by Nasmas says that the package delivered on a Sunday!!! (Jan 3rd) Nothing arrived, I have many orders that came in and check our deliveries daily....call your bank, hopefully they will issue you a refund! DISGUSTING that humans would take advantage of people during this time. Wish I could leave a minus 10 reveiw

"I placed an order December 10th"

I placed an order December 10th. Later I received an email stating I’d get my order between December 19th and December 30th. I’ve still not received the order. The email reply I got from the company was keep waiting it will come. Bull****

ordered from here took a whole month to arrive and when i did the size of the teddy was rediculous it claimed xl but was actually vey small the pictures of the man holding the teddy was fake, not to mention terrible photo shopping (silly me) also the jumper was made of the most strangest cheapest material ive ever seen or felt must of cost around £1 to make. i emailed a month ago for a refund and have no heard anything there is no way of calling them and no way of getting a response, complete and utter scam if you like your items congrats but if you dont too bad because you will not be getting any refund off these people, also thier reviews are soo fake its unreal they have been written by staff which is not good!!!!

Place an order on Dec 02, now Jan 05 still didn't receive any tracking # or update on shipment. I'm getting worry and thinking if I should contact my bank.

This is a SCAM!!!! Buyers beware. I waited an entire month for those among us plushies for a secret santa. The website said that they were delivered yesterday, but I was at home for the entire day yesterday. I already asked around my neighborhood to see if they saw anything and no dice. Contact your bank and let them know, hopefully you can get your money back. Shame on these people for taking advantage of others during these times. And I also do not believe those who are trying to defend them. Show us pictures of your order and maybe it will look less like nasmas paid you for the review.

This company is not a scam, however the shipping does take about a month. It did leave theor facility in 1-3 days but shipping to the US made it a lengthy process. I ordered all Among Us plushies. They are very cute and nice quality. Other than the time it took, these are nice quality. I saw someone say the vacuum seal made them flat. I had no issues with that. They fluffed right up and look great!

Just like all the other reviews on here, I wish I could give no stars. Their website is a total lie. Ships 1-3 days is NOT the case. Reached out to the company and received no satisfaction. This was a Christmas gift and it stated between dec 22nd to jan2 after purchasing it. Well as I expected still not here! Every other company managed to get their packages out on time. Threes later is NOT acceptable. Buyer beware!

"Horrible company."

I FINALLY got my son's plushie after three weeks. Their website claims 1-3 day shipping, but obviously that was a lie. They said as much when I talked to support.

When I got the plushie, it had been placed in a vacuum sealed package, and was totally flat. Any attempt I made to make it look like it should was futile.

They obviously did this to save on having to ship in a bigger package.
