"I ordered a Black Cremate Among Us…"

I ordered a Black Crewmate Among Us Plush for a Christmas present on the 19th November and it has not arrived yet! And then I get a message saying it’s been delivered to AMERICA FLORIDA, when I LIVE in ENGLAND!!! Absolute disgrace

"Misleading, Suspicious, Never AGAIN"

We put in two different orders for Christmas. Both in the very beginning of December. The understanding of the order was that it would be shipped in 1 to 3 days. There were no indications that this was being shipped from outside the US. The company says its office is in Wyoming while the contact number they provide is a Kentucky number, and after doing some research on the tracking numbers, I found out that they are coming from CHINA!!! We don't really care if its coming from there. However, had we known that, we probably wouldn't have ordered things from there as CHRISTMAS gifts!!! Attempted to contact this company but no one answered, and emails fell on deaf ears as well. We will never shop with them again. Impossible to get in contact with them, and no information can be found on the company outside of customer reviews and company's website. Pretty suspicious in my opinion. I'm going to recommend you don't shop with them... If you decide to get a gift from them anyway, do it 6 months in advance.

"Terrible"

Terrible! Ordered an item on December 8 with 1-3 day shipping. I received notification that it was shipped on December 11th. It is the 21st, and I have not received it. I emailed customer support and they told me that they have no control over the delivery.
I really needed my products by Christmas and I thought that even with some delay, the 1-3 day delivery would be honored.

"Really bad online service and false promises"

I have had a lead of mails with this site and suggest you don't buy anything from it since they only give false promises.

In the mails there is proof of a construction error where I got a couple of reaction on. The first was about how they would send a copy of the product to repair the damage (I thought by myself great service). After 2 days I had no conformation mail of this happening so mailed to ask if it was on the way. It was not and then suddenly they promised me a partial refund. I was kinda frustrated with them ignoring their first promise and going with something else but still it is more then getting nothing I thought. A couple days go by again and still no comformation of anything happening so again I mailed to ask if there has already been a refund but I got no reaction.

In the end I got neither a refund nor a copy of the product, the only thing I can say about it is that their service is lacking really hard and their site is full of the so called (small letters).

I suggest you buy from another site!!

I ordered for Christmas, in fact in November, the 20th, thinking a month would be plenty of time coming from USA lots of time. Absolutely wrong.
Haha! They are in China, not America.
First deception.
I’ve contacted them several times, responses are “in the plane”, “with Hermes”. All rubbish. 20th December update arrival import airport, Heathrow.
Clearly it won’t be here in time.
The online chat was appalling, emails generic, unless pressed for more information, even then sparse, none of it true, very deceptive and dishonest.
I’m glad I paid with PayPal so I can dispute this.
Honestly avoid Nasmas like the plague or Covid-19.

"Misleading shipping claims"

I ordered a seal stuffed animal on Dec. 5, and it said only a few days shipping. I figured even with a little delay, it should definitely be here by now. It's now the 20th. I sent an email and they told me wait a few more days. Very misleading website with the shipping promises, etc. Their mailing address says Wyoming, but I have a hunch that it is really coming from China. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here

"This company is scamming people saying…"

This company is scamming people saying they are shipped from the usa and there not. Placed oreder 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. Uts been saying moving since dec 13 and its the 18th. Will be reported them to the BBB. Dont not order from this company. Wondering if tge reviews that say they love their stuff and all people that work for this company... Total joke will be contacting my bank for my money back.

I wish I saw this website before ordering. Looks like all positive reviews are only from India. Im assuming they are all fake. Everyone from US has bad experiences and did get a product. How I can cancel my order that I just placed?

I ordered 4 among us plushies and chose this company because it said it shipped in 1-3 business days. What a total lie. They print a shipping label in a few days, but don’t send the product for over 2 weeks. AND when they did arrive (20 days after ordering) they were miniature size. 3” tall. Not worth the $54 I paid.
