several times i visited your branch to cancel my credit card in order to avoid annual fee charges but they told us that wait for the charges to appear in the statement then make request to reverse the annual charges but our
request rejected this is not acceptable as i have investment in your bank and good usage of credit card history please reverse the annual charges otherwise i will cancel my account return back my annual fee charges

Absolutely unacceptable to keep cold calling people after they tell you to stop a thousand times. On top of that I am in the “Do Not Call” registry and they still call me multiple times per week and disturb me.
DO NOT HIT ME WITH THE DEFAULT RESPONSE AND ASK ME TO DO MORE WORK JUST FOR YOU TO STOP DISTURBING ME.

Transferred money from Mashreq to Emiratesnbd which is a local transfer and doesn't take longer than an hour, been 5 hours, they are going to loose entirely if they continue treating customers such a way, absolutely malicious at banks end.

So if you are out of UAE and cant receive an OTP you are pretty much doomed! You have to contact customer service, then send an email requesting OTP by email. This then takes 48 hours to be approved. Then and ONLY then can you transact!! This bank looks modern on the surface but is actually 30 years behind the curve!! Who has heard of telephone banking where you can`t actually bank???

The app will show zero balance and charge a late payment fee, While making the complaint they said the reversal is not under provision and they charged 241 AED.

I had applied idk even when for a credit card then it got rejected which is fine then after few months I get a call form this number saying we gonna approve your application and then mid way he closes the call.
Please hire people who can speak proper English and I don’t even have any loans or anything with this f””” up bank only a salary account and I swear to god I’m gonna even cancel it.

I've recently encountered a frustrating issue with Mashreq while attaching my debit card to Apple Search Ads. The problem arises when transactions below 1 AED are automatically declined by the bank, impacting the functionality of Apple Search Ads' auto-debit mode. When seeking clarification from the bank, I was initially informed that it's a policy matter. However, my subsequent request for details on this policy was denied, with the explanation that it's part of their technical setup. This lack of transparency and difficulty in obtaining information has left me disappointed with Mashreq's service in this regard.
