Honestly the worst bank in UAE and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I have been chasing them for a solution to my case since more than 9months now and nothing is done. All they can tell you is reach out to us via call to then repeat the same speech. Terrible!

To find a needle in a hay Stock, is the same as if you find your bankadvisor in Mashreq Bank. The different is, that the needle want to be Found. The bankadvisor do not want to be found.

mashreq has really slow service international remittance take forever to be debited into your account they are really slow im thinking of migrating to HSBC or Emirates NDB very poor service from mashreq and on top of it all they dont have a functioning call center you can get intouch with them

My Experience with Masherq Bank**

I am compelled to share my recent experiences with Masherq Bank to warn others and encourage vigilance. I encountered multiple issues including unauthorized activations of services like insurance, leading to unexpected charges. Despite having a credit limit of $15,300, these unwarranted activations pushed my usage beyond the limit, causing the balance to skyrocket to $22,000 due to overlimit fees.

When I reached out to customer service for clarity and assistance, I was met with unprofessionalism and outright disrespect, particularly from an individual named Sooraj (contactable at 042795153). Further attempts to discuss these issues with higher officials were equally disappointing, leaving me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer.

Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering Masherq Bank to look elsewhere for their banking needs. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and the way they handle customer concerns is alarming and unacceptable. Choose a bank that respects and values you and your financial well-being.

Stay informed and take care in selecting a bank that truly has your best interests at heart.

"Mashreq Instant and Easy Loan"

Please be careful when dealing with this bank. Even a simple click on their website can have consequences. Specifically, the Mashreq website features a button labeled "Neo Instant and Easy Loan." When I proceeded to check the eligibility for the loan, the bank offered me a rate and amount. However, I was not satisfied with Mashreq's offer and chose not to proceed.

A week later, when I approached another bank, I was informed that Mashreq had already created a credit record for me at the Etihad Credit Bureau (ECB). Resolving this record with the ECB will take one month, during which I cannot apply for any loans or credit cards at other banks. Consequently, I requested a confirmation letter from Mashreq stating that I did not proceed with the "Neo Instant and Easy Loan," to present to the other bank. Despite raising a complaint, Mashreq closed the issue without providing the necessary details.

In summary, if you apply for the "Neo Instant and Easy Loan," you might be blocked for a month from applying for any financial products at different banks.

"Worst experience…"

This has been by far my most worst experience dealing with a bank. I’m applying for No Liability Letter and almost one month i still didn’t get it. Applied 5x and i kept on receiving request closed/decline which according to the customer service due to my pending cc card application and inactive credit card that’s been closed. So i request for cancellation for several times and i can apply for no liability letter. But every time i apply it gets declined again and again. I have zero liability anymore with them but Really frustrated that until now it’s unresolved. It’s a simple service request but the stress level it has given me is unbelievable that it it become my worst nightmare.

"The #1 of the worst"

The #1 of the worst. Bravo Mashreq Bank, you did it again. I purchased from you a TWELVE year plan from Zurich, the handling team and relationship manager disappears with absolutely no notice or follow up. After my last (bad) review in Aug 2023 in here, they replied!!! wow, asking ME to reach out to them their contact-us page, promising that their team will make sure to reach out to me at the earliest. And guess what?
