I have just noticed from Mashreq customer's review section and proved that I chose a wrong Bank(Mashreq) surely I regret now, how I lost my money 3 times on same date from my account and in bank statement I got from machines showing only 1fraud transaction and nothing has been to done to all fraud transactions, this is one of the Institutions established in a name of MASHREQ BANK with intentions to cheat people's money systematically
Only 1 transaction returned total amount Aed362.03 so where is the other amount??its not safe in this bank not good to recommend!!!

I have always been a 5 star reviewer in my life except this Mashreq bank treated me. My concern has not been resolved since more than a month ago. Their chat agents kept promising for a call back but none. They also give you a different responses all the time and even lied to me multiple times.
I am sick of this bank and I will leave them once my current issue is resolved. I no longer need headache.
Thanks for treating your customer like a fool.

"One day 13 X charging of breach of minimum balance"
Im so disappointed you cannot imagine how they eat my money in just one day they charged me Jun.13.2024 imagine 13 times they deduct 10.50 x 13 just in one day 😤they are saying for breach of minimum balance never ever open account to this bank if you failed to do maintaining balance because once you put again money they will eat it, they dont care, they will take your money in legal way 😤they are hungry to charge you for breach of minimum balance its like legal way of stealing money. Other banks like FAB, ENBD not like that.

Poor service open my account 01 June 2024 and till today my account is not active just been calling them every day for update and answers I get we will update you in 24 hours but too many days gone pass by but still no help nothing and no update (received my card before even my account active and as showed on website when I open account I get free credit but noting showing anything.

I am missing money in my account I made a transaction but seems they took my money twice but I only got a notification of one transaction my balance claims a missing amount with no records. Your customer care machine isn't helping I want to talk to someone so I can know what happened to my money . I sent a complaint but nothing has happened yet I need answers money can't just disappear in the account with no trace at all only a human customer care can assist me not the programmed machine .

Fradulent transaction on my mashreq credit card and bank said it is 3D secure transaction which infact the transaction done without OTP and authorisation and bank is unable to help at all. So much disappoitment from the service of Mashreq bank.

If there is below one rating, that would definitely what I will give them. I made a withdrawal from their branch in MOE and the transaction was rejected however when I checked my account, the amount was deducted. I informed the staff in that branch and she told me to raise a complain which I did. It has been more than 2 weeks now without any update. I have been calling the bank but there is no answer they can give on what happened and when are they going to return back the money. If you owe money to the bank, they will charge for an interest, now that they have taken your money without your permission, they got it for free and has caused a lot on inconvinience to their customer. So for those planning to open an account, think again.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your bank's service. Your claims of being the best online bank in the UAE are laughable. I recently needed to change my OTP number and the incompetence of your service caused me to lose a critical business deal. This is just one of many instances where your inadequate service has severely harmed my company over the years.
I cant update my KYC without the OTP and am powerless sitting in Sweden and trying to contact you pepole without respond for over 5 days.
Moreover, my attempts to contact my bank manager have been ignored, highlighting a complete lack of communication and support. This ongoing neglect is unacceptable and has damaged any trust I had in your institution.
I demand immediate action to resolve these issues. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will take my business elsewhere.

"THE MOST WASTE BANK EVER"
THE MOST CRA**IER BANK EVER. Extremely poor customer service. I have cancelled a credit card and i didnt get the email confirmation stating that the card ahs been cancelled. I have called their customer service 2 times a day for the entire week. Poorly trained call centre people with little to NO knowledge on anything. They dont resolve any of your issues and when asked about customer care email, They said mashreq doesn't even have one.
Just becasue of their incompetent behaviour and poor and almost zero work ethic, my personal loan has been on hold for two weeks straight.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. THERE ARE OTHER BANKS IN THE UAE, BOTH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ONE, if you wanna open an account or even need a credit card.
