"Worest bank ever"

Worest bank ever. Customer services are not picking any of my calls and I just notice there are a lot of money deducted from my bank account for no reason and neither application nor bank notification messages shows where this amount goes.

I took out a loan and was paying it back never missed a payment I then changed my job and paid for a postponed payment on the loan while starting a brand new job to wait for my first check to continue paying for the loan. Mashreq held on to my end of service money and continued to make me go through so much to produce documents while forcing me to use my credit card. They are an evil bank unwilling to work with others.

From customer service to the quality of the online platform (that makes you travel time and think you're still in the 90's), Mashreq is the absolute Worst ! Avoid at any cost, I give it 0 star.

"NEO BIZ activation long delay. DISAPPOINTED"

We have applied for NEO BIZ account ONE month ago and all process has been done, except the final step of activation. We have been waiting from 25 days and still no response or progress. Contacted on email and call for status. but NO HOPE. It's very disappointing.

The worst bank. Their service is horrible, their stuff is untrained and doesn’t know anything about their bank, it’s hilarious…. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional bank in my life.

Disgusting bank, my card is not working and i cant reach anyone on their customer service number, i really hope no one falls for their scams. Do not use this bank.

Masheq is a non transparent shady bank.
They will hide important information (you have to search for details like mimimum card amout to be paid avoid charges, average mibimum balance charge etc, )
They charged AED200 for cash advance /loan. This was not indicated during the loan issue.
I am loosing trust on this bank day by day.

I highly recommend Emirates ENBD, their ATM are always occupied, but atleast their App/ charges are nill/transparent.

They manipulate their customers by promoting rewards to encourage more deposits or transactions, eventually, you’ll receive none of what they promised, when you seek assistance, they won’t answer your calls, and if you email them, they would provide irrelevant information or simply respond with “the case ### has been closed.”

Edit: The Bank hasn’t contacted me, I even tried to call them waited for 20 Minutes and they hanged up the call.
And be aware of their fraud activities, they have skills, today they deducted 400 Dirhams from my account for unknown reason

"Worst branch"

Muraqabbat is the Worst branch, poor customer support. Just to encash small value cheque it took three hours. There is no proper explanation for the delay.

Not even entitle for 1-star- worst service and poor response by customer service keep you on hold and repeating the same question, close your concern without your contact.
Bank services also Amazing -
Issue-1 -Block your online fund transfer without reason and no one have clear answer.
then for releasing your own fund they put the charges on your head for investigation.
Issue-2- Their ATM have day withdraw limit and in case u need above that limit need to withdraw from branch even is your first transaction they will charge for that.
Issue -3 - Very limited ATM in Abu Dhabi and if you even use other ATM for balance check it charges on you.
They have all commitment before opening account later you understand that you trapped.
