"I am trying to contact the mashreq neo…"

I am trying to contact the mashreq neo from past 3 weeks.They have hold my salary amount AED 2000.
I have requested them to release as i have to send it to my home country.But there is no actions taken till date.
Please understand my situation amd assist me what to do.

0 star not even 1, worst customer service, as long as you don't need any service or don't have issue you'll think they are good, for a small issue you'll suffer to reach customer service then no one follows up your issue you just feel disturbing them while you're bringing money to them!!!!!

Worst Bank, and rude customer service, they closed most branches and call center does not know anything, they offer services on the app but never work and when you complaint no one bother to solve your issue.
Wish they have enough staff to help customer instead of having enough staff to bother you all day calling to promote offers!!

If there was a 0 star i would definitely give to mashreq bank horrible service and horrible experience no security multiple transactions and fraud done no actions ! No otp for many transactions if less than 100 dhs transactions u only receive an email not msg on ur mobile which caused me alot of money losses due to fraud without me reading my email!!! I have been trying to complaint for the past 2 days no response or actions or a call back!! I do not recommend this bank to any1

The worst bank, It is difficult to get them on telephone, they disconnect the line while talking , really they behave very bad way to Costomers. Please avoid the bank

The worst bank ever !!! I have their credit card which I’m l’éligible for a cash back of 2000aed which is automatically credited to my account if I spend more than 4500aed within the first 2 months !! But guess what I was complaining calling and fighting for it but I never got it they litterally refuse to give it to me but I will complain to the central bank because they are liar and wasted my time

"Bad service"

Bad service: I had open an account from 10 days and I didn’t get my card yet when I tried to contact the bank no one answer Wednesday they requested to send an email and also no response . Today I had a call from the Dillevery guy and when I picked up the line he was unprofessional on the phone and rude speaking badly . I contact with the customer services and one lady answered the phone she was so polite and she took my complain and wish the feedback will be done . Again the Dillevery guy he is holding me on my place not letting me go anywhere because he don’t know when he can come and giving me busy line.

I have transferred an amount to another bank account and it was debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary account.
