Yes, such poor service , I am struggling for my User Id and Password for three weeks. I have received account number , cheque book , Debit card.
I am simply begging them for my User Id and Password
I was fan of mashreq bank, but really disappointed with such poor service.

Appalling service.
Fraud was committed on my credit card account. Mashreq continued to charge this plus interest and, after 2 months or trying to get an answer, they still refuse to do anything.

Trying to open an account online. The courier did not arrive on the scheduled dates. Need to call and wait all the time. Spent 2 weeks, after which the bank requested a large list of documents, including my CV from another country! Turned to another bank, they did everything in 5 days according to ID and salary certificate. Do not contact Mashreq Bank if you need to open an account and a checkbook in an understandable and guaranteed time frame.

The most incompetent customer service you could find, instead of helping customers to avoid charges, they do not care. Avoid opening accounts from them to avoid lots of stress.

One of the worst banks I’ve ever seen in my entire life, a kind note to everyone who reads this.
“Never ever open any account with this bank”
I had a classmate overseas who was continuously trying to send me some money but the transaction wasn’t being processed through this bank, they continuously kept telling me that the payment will be on halt until we don’t “perform the technical checks and get verification codes” which is a duty and responsibility of the bank employees or the management to check and process not the other way around, the funds were never sent back to my classmate.
Worst bank for international fund transfers.
The unprofessionalism of their customer service is beyond any words, you have to keep calling 10-20 times in order to reach to their customer care representatives and eventually even if you connect, they’ll never be able to solve tiniest and smallest of the issues and will start demanding different kind of complex and meaningless security check questions which are never required by any other banks and they never resolved this simple issue.
Their advertisements for the greatness of the bank is all but a facade..
And furthermore, I recently deposited some amount of money into Mashreq ATM, I got the confirmation SMS but I never saw the funds in my account received or never received a confirmation e-mail either, I sent a support inquiry to their support email which they always advertise to be as something really helpful (but it never is helpful, they only reply once in a blue moon or never reply AT ALL) but despite of raising an inquiry I haven’t ever received any reply or any viable solution, I will soon cancel this trashiest service and be free of this.. So technically they “got away” with the money I deposited into my bank account...
How can any bank go lower than this?
Once again, please do not open any account with this bank.

"The worst banking experience ever."
The worst banking experience ever.
They have the worst customer care service. And one month following up on a matter is not enough for them to resolve a problem.
We have been contacting customer care for more than a month now and still, we are step 0. And after each call, we will be informed to wait for 3-4 days and when we call them again there will be something else. And these thing is still happening. To date, the money is stuck with them and they didn't provide us with any option to withdraw the same.
It's hard-earned money. We are common people and if this is how they are treating us, there is no point in service.
Never going to let anyone I know open a bank account in this bank.
