This is the worst bank in the whole world.
Customer service is too pathetic, no response at all
Horrible experience with KYC updation process
It takes more than a month no knows what to do.

Finally I decided to close my account, I will never approach this bank for anything.
I never recommend this bank for anyone.

They incorrectly updated my gender in the system while automatically reading the emirates ID online. And now they refuse to provide any support because the gender is not matching.
They take pride in their online system of credit card application but they perform such foolhardiness .

"The most horrible experience ever"

The most horrible experience ever. Regarding KYC reviews. Started process months back and they still froze the account after trying to contact them everyday.
Salary and many payments all frozen and bouncing. Had the most horrible holiday season.
This happened last year as well.
Very sad coming from one of our local banks

"Very Poor Customer Service! Is there a Zero Star?!"

Requested for cancellation of credit card via contact us form as there's no way to reach a real person by phone. The next day, one staff called me saying I have to pay a negligible balance. She gave me her email address as she confirmed we cannot call customer service and talk to a real person. Right after the call, I paid that very tiny amount and sent her email that it's done. After 2 days, I checked mobile app. Still my credit card is active. I sent her email reminder and again and again sent requests via contact us form. After a week, I received a bill being charged for annual fee! Ridiculous! I already requested for cancellation and yet charging me??? You just made yourselves cheap! If you're on bankruptcy, don't squeeze more money from clients! Work your brains up the right way! I wish I can give you negative stars! Horrible banking experience! No one even cares to reply!

Worst online banking I ever had. Omg you stress me out. I just need to reset my user and password but your app is the most craziest app I ever had. As in super I hate your online banking!
