I just opened my mashreq neo current account. So far I did not face any problem. I tried calling their customer are and they were helpful. Compared to my previous bank, mashreq is better. Try banking with DIB and you will see the difference.

Worst customer service I got today at mashreq muraqqabat branch.
I regret opening an account with this bank honestly. No one can attend to you when you need service and it's like there's some esteem of personality one needs before one can get served.
Tried depositing 5k and ATM rejected 1k which the ATM slightly tore a bit and no one wants to attend to give an idea on if their 1k can be replaced

The most pathetic bank service is by Mashreq Bank. Their credit card team is incompetent and rude. I will never recommend an account opening with this bank.

Here's the full story.
Our company debit card was hacked or stolen with an amount above 13000 Dhs although the theft happened in KSA while we are in UAE. The card is physically with us in UAE, so it was not possible to physically tap the card or use the pass code. We didn't receive an OTP on our mobile phone when the transfer occurred, and after opening a dispute form, the bank said it's our mistake with no explanation why.
We never buy anything with this much amount from the card. It took more than 50 minutes for the bank to answer the call through the number they provided in the sms in case we didn't make the payment.
The experience is so bad, and we highly advise not using this bank.

very slow bank. quick transfer will also take not more than 2day so strange, every transfer will get conformation call and takes 48hour at least....sometime by call, email or sometime by msg....

One of the worst bank, the call center agent and employee are the most rude doesn't know how to deal with customer. I would never recommend anyone to go for this bank and its services.
